AXIAR Deliver Output Objects

AXIAR Deliver enables the powerful ability to send information in a variety of formats to a variety of destinations from a single application print or output request. Using AXIAR Deliver, business-critical output such as invoices, purchase orders and reports can be automatically routed based on data-driven triggers.

Supported Output Objects include:

• Email - automatically create and send business-critical documents such as invoices in PDF to email recipients to accelerate payments.
  
  
• Internet/Intranet - automatically post information such as reports to maximize distribution and user access efficiencies.
  
  
• Document Archives (such as AXIAR Retrieve) - automatically retain an exact image of printed output for compliance purposes (SOX, GLBA, etc.) and eliminate hardcopy storage costs.
  
  
• Structured output/EDI/XML - convert and route output streams to adhere to structured output requirements in order to improve supply-chain efficiencies.

• Fax - send customer copies of documents automatically to fax gateways.
