Intelligent Routing with AXIAR Deliver

• AXIAR Deliver can be configured to identify print jobs based on job characteristics (such as size or color) and reroute them from printers with a higher Cost-Per-Page (CPP) to more CPP efficient printers
• Users receive Windows Messages and/or emails with print job delivery notification
• Jobs can be rerouted automatically or held on the queue for manual intervention and/or review
• Automatically route different file types to different printers and/or output objects based on most cost-efficient device availability

AXIAR Deliver offers configurable routing based upon the demands of your business. In the example above, AXIAR Deliver has been configured to route any document over 100 pages to a printer specified by the IT manager. Users can be alerted to routing by prompts, indicator pages on destination printer and/or emails.

Advantages:

• AXIAR Deliver is not client based and resides on any UNIX server, Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 server or Linux server
• AXIAR Deliver bi-directionally communicates with HP printers to ensure delivery of print jobs, keeping users informed through Windows prompts of unavailable printers that cause a job to be redirected.
