Capture Accurate Printing Statistics with AXIAR Deliver

• Automatically capture print job information (user ID, printer, path of the file printed, name of local system/print server, time and date the print request was made, time and date the print request finished, job title, copies, pages, form used and options requested)
• Automatically submit log entries into other programs, such as MS SQL, MS Access, or other databases, scripts or analyzers (such as Crystal Reports)
• Collect printing metrics for internal chargebacks or external billing purposes
• Optional 'Job Ticket' capability allows more detailed information collecting, such as Customer Account ID

The advantages of using AXIAR Deliver for collecting metrics:

• AXIAR Deliver bi-directionally communicates with HP printers to ensure delivery of print jobs, keeping accurate statistics of what was actually printed (unlike basic print tracking software, which typically only tracks what was SUBMITTED, not what actually was PRODUCED)
• AXIAR Deliver resides at the server level and sits in between the printer and the user to capture statistics
• No client software is required to capture print statistics
